Challenge: Enable online tracking and repurposing of writeups on various NCI-supported research accomplishments

I convened stakeholders to develop requirements for a database-driven Web site to track scientific advances resulting from National Cancer Institute (NCI) support. Based on the requirements, I developed the information architecture, supervised technical development, and populated the resulting site with content. The site was deployed three months after initial requirements meeting and is currently being used by the National Cancer Institute for reporting progress in the fight against cancer to Congress, the President and the public.
